Place tape measure across the fullest part of your chest and straight around the back.
UNDERBUST (2)
Place tape measure under your bust and straight around the back.
WAIST (3)
Place tape measure halfway between your lowest rib and the top of your hip bone.
HIP (4)
Place tape measure across the fullest part of your hip, keeping it straight.

The material is the same as what they use for Victoria secret seamless or no show panties. Not a push up by any means though. Basic padding nothing special, only reason it got a 4 star. But love the top for a basic string bakini top.
